I had a very pleasant stay at SpringHill Suites/Residence Inn Valencia. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming throughout my visit. A special thank you to Sarah at the front desk — she was very professional, friendly, and made the check-in process smooth and enjoyable. Great customer service like hers really makes a difference. I would definitely stay here again!

Close proximity to Magic Mtn. Had a pool, nice and warm for the kiddos. Quite and peaceful evening. It was mother's day. We had so much fun on the roller-coasters. Breakfast was not bad.

Some bugs the staff took care if the situation.

Modern, clean, nice breakfast.

Phone did not work. Layout of room was awkward. Tv was off to the side. Small closet space and drawers.
