The customer service here is amazing. It starts with Fatima at the front desk, she is so nice and thoughtful in making sure you know all of the amenities at the property. Next stop at the bar and visit with Andres who is up for recommendations as requested and pleasant conversation.

Easy to find, nice vibe and comfy bed. Great breakfast in the morning and Kaylen was so friendly and helpful, even offering to heat my burrito shell. Room was quiet and the AC worked really well.

Checked in late, and Fatima at the desk was tremendously helpful and very kind. Got us our rooms in. Timely manner, advised on all of the amenities and offered any assistance that we needed. Hoping to come back here again in the future to enjoy all that the hotel offers. Room was clean and had everything I needed. Parking was a little weird. But if that’s the worst thing about a hotel, that’s manageable.

This is our second time staying and just as the first time, it was clean, comfortable and most of the staff was pleasant! Graveyard receptionist (on 3/21, I was incredibly tired so I didn’t pay attention to her name) had exceptional customer service!!

It’s a beautifully clean, modern space with a crisp, minimalist design that feels both comfortable and inviting. The simplicity of the decor creates a relaxing atmosphere while still being visually appealing. The wide variety of breakfast options, from hot to cold selections, makes it easy to satisfy any appetite and suit every taste. And last but at least the beds are extremely comfortable and I love that they are eco-friendly forward with the technology of the room design!

I used this hotel as my jumping off point on a drive to the San Francisco Bay Area. Starting here saves me about an hour. This is a standard SpringHill Suites. It shares a building with a Residence Inn. In fact, I might be writing a review for the wrong chain. SpringHill Suites and the Residence Inn shares the same lobby, front desk, lounge area, parking lot, breakfast area, swimming pool, and everything else. The front desk agent said the south end of the building is the Residence Inn and the north side is a SpringHill Suites. My room was spacious and clean. It was quiet but I arrived late and left early; therefore, I might have missed any noise. I have nothing to complain about.
