The tvs are not up to standard

The hotel went through a renovation which looks absolutely amazing. A very modern touch. The staff, when they did eventually show up were really friendly.

I called the property to check in and they said they would call me back. After 15 minutes they have not called me back and I instead had to leave my partner alone in the car and physically check in at the front desk while waiting for someone to help me there as well. The bar staff had no corkscrew, which came to my surprise since it's a bar?

Kitchen very cute and clean, and very professional staff.

Food and warm bedroom.

Location is good

TV did not work throughout the period and I had to follow up on several occasions before a chair was provided.

It was centrally located in the Cape Town CBD. Facility was clean. When we checked in the room assigned to us was still in use…. However they asked us humbly to afford them a few minutes to sort out and seated us in the bar area and we could choose anything to drink from the menu on the house.

The parking was a bit awkward
