I liked having the kitchen sink.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful. Just get multiple emails confirming my reservation, like 4 of the same thing. Breakfast was lacking as their was nothing but bread, pastries, cereal, oatmeal and waffles and we can’t do that much carbs for breakfast. But overall a good night stay.

My reservation was canceled by the hotel and I was not notified.

Staff was unprofessional. Lobby was filled every night with intoxicated adults that were loud and inappropriate leaving scores of unsupervised children running through the hotel playing tag, jamming the elevator, knocking on people’s doors and running away. At one point it was bad enough calling the authorities was talked about. The woman at the front desk said it’s always like this nothing I can do about it. Room 119 was dirty with nasty stains on the carpet, musty smell. Breakfast was the poorest excuse for a breakfast that there ever was. Meager offerings at best. Dirty and dangerous would never stay there again

The unused lot next door is unsightly.

Room was clean & comfortable. Would stay again.

Beds were very comfortable. They honored my request to be right next to the elevator.

Staff wasn't that friendly. The bedding isn't too neat. The drains in the sink and the tub get backed up. We asked to have someone come to fix the sink drain, they said sometime would, but no one did. There's usually no one at the desk, and you hardly ever see housekeeping. Not sure how this place is rated so high.

Would have liked thicker and bigger towels. And the shower/tub was very slick might look into non skid strips installed for safety of elderly people!
