host was very easy to get hold of for any issues

Key collection was a bit confusing and locking the door etc but once explained it was all good

Great place to stay when visiting your kid at the University.

The staff were amazing and always kept me updated. Plenty of space, clean and would defiantly stay here again!

The only thing I would say is to put a curtain/blind on the rear patio doors. Apart from that excellent place.

Uses a Yale lock app, with a link sent the day befote via text. You have to create an account to use it. There is a card inside you can also use after you first get in.

Lock was a little fiddly to use.

Parking spaces for 2 cars in the drive, good size and basic necessities available to accommodate family of 8. Called/messaged the hosts a couple of times when we had questions and they were available to message back/respond immediately. WiFi was good,

The property was clean enough but not clean to a very high standard - overall it was fine unless you’re OCD with cleanliness. Fallowfields is a studenty area and so having windows open at night you can often hear loud groups talking. Main bathroom had a frosted glass but still felt exposed at night as there was no curtain and residential buildings were opposite.

The clean, beautiful modern home with open concept of living dining and the kitchen.

A mirror in the bathrooms and chairs in the backyard would be great

Great space and location - lots of added extras. The communication with the letting company was really good.

We loved it! There were a few scuffs/marks/broken tray in the freezer. Would’ve liked a dustpan and brush so we could sweep up our floors!

Great house, spotlessly clean. Really good communication from the host.

It was a warm weekend so a few chairs for the garden would be a great addition. Fix the freezer drawer!
