Atmosphere is trendy and clean. I wish they had a private cabana set up across the street on beach though. Would be a nice amenity

The location is perfect and the hotel has so much potential. My room was comfortable and the AC worked really well..

I find this to be very overpriced and in my opinion it's definitely not a five-star hotel. It was off peak when I stayed and so I was one of the few guests but each time I walked in and out through the restaurant and bar there is usually about 6 staff members just standing there with nothing to do. Yet despite the fact there was so much staff, the service was only average. The food was okay but nothing spectacular. One example -- on my checkout I told them I was about to order a taxi. I was carrying my suitcase, a bag and I had my dog with me and there was two or three people at reception. Yet nobody offered to help in any way to call a taxi or help with my luggage. I think this probably comes down to management and the lack of training of staff on what really good service is. Another example - On my second day I came back to my room at 1:30 lunch time and my room still had not been serviced and the room service food from the night before was still in there. This is really surprising given the really low occupancy in the hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location to all the restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly and hotel was very well kept.

Struttura di design nel cuore di La Paz. Si possono raggiungere facilmente a piedi tutte le spiagge. Servizio di vallet parking. Bellissimo rooftop con vista sul malecon. Ottima colazione.

Visto il prezzo e la categoria dell’hotel mi aspetterei maggiore cura del cliente e dei dettagli (crepe sui muri, materassini zona piscina poco puliti).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is located in the Malevon and it had multiple restaurants to chose from that are walking distance.
