The pictures are very decieving. Upon entering the building everything looks nice. Going into the actual building and hallways to rooms there is a very overwhelming smell of musk and old cologne. Enter to first suite and it was as if someone had lived there a long time and just left leaving a very unpleasant Oder and scum. After asking to be relocated to a different suite we had to travel back to the front which took forever. The second suite was in a worse state. Literally looked like someone just left after a very long stag again. This time it was apparent with dirty dishes, bed undone, trash everywhere and the smell was stomach turning. Took pictures and left immediately demanding a refund. Which they didn’t provide. I’m disgusted that I was charged $100 for a security deposit when I immediately left.

The bed was comfortable along with the convenience of the kitchenette.

I really had a nice time the front desk was very nice but the breakfast people were not so friendly your rooms were very clean only problem was the bathroom door had damage across the door they did not inform me about I think when there is damage in your room people should be informed so they don’t have to be worried about getting charged for something they haven’t done other then that I my family and I slept very comfortably Thank you

It is a wonderful area with a new building and spacious rooms. The front desk staff provided excellent customer service in assisting with check-in. The housekeeping staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. I strongly recommend this place when visiting the area.

They charged my deposit and didn’t refund

Free breakfast says from 6-9am, we arrived at 8:30, nothing , I mean nothing left, ask the staff, very rude, only telling you NO FOOD
