Rooms were clean & comfy. Great location for food, drinks, entertainment.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars – Excellent Stay! Perfect location if you’re visiting a soldier at Fort Benning — just a short drive from the base. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and offered complimentary morning drinks, which was a nice touch. No complaints at all. I would definitely stay here again!

The motel location was very convenient to venue I had to be at the for the entire weekend. The host was very helpful with a particular situation I had . If I ever come back to Columbus Georgia I would most definitely be staying again.

This was our first time at an AC. We recently stayed the weekend, 2 days. The location is good. The room is a 2.5, nothing special. Bed, couch etc uninspired. We requested housekeeping during our stay. We were out all morning Sunday from 9am to 2pm. Returned to no house keeping. Called the front desk, the women told us the rooms with no guests, just vacated, are cleaned first and that’s that and implied we will get to it when they get to it. Went out again and returned around 5ish no housekeeping. I called the front desk again and was told the same thing this time by a man on the desk. I then asked if we could have some towels sent up. NO towels were delivered. I ran into a house keeping person and asked for towels she did drop some off. Finally we went out to dinner and came back around 9:30, someone had come in and hung the towels, but no cleaning. However the bed was never made! We didn’t ask for much, just a clean and tidy room during our stay thats it. The front desk staff are a 1. They need refresher training that they are in the hospitality industry. However, the GM sets the tone and they are ultimately responsible. We stay at Marriott’s often from Fairfield’s, Residence, Westins, Edition, JW’s blah blah and have high status and were shocked how our simple request was/were blatantly ignored. The hotel was almost empty(based upon the handful of cars in the lot and seeing absolutely no one in the hallways that day) So it would have been a simple to accommodate our request. We will stay clear of AC’s going forward and will be back in Columbus in May but will avoid this Hotel. I did mention my disappointment when checking out and the women, same as the day before, said she would relay this to the appropriate party but I told her I doubted that given she’s the one I spoke to yesterday. Avoid!
