Mission Pacific Beach Resort, part of JdV by Hyatt

My wife and I visited Oceanside for 3 nights. The concierge staff was very welcoming and kind. Ibrahim gave us two welcome drinks and upgraded us to an ocean view room for free! All hotel staff had a smile on their faces and kind attitudes the whole stay. I did not eat at the hotel, but they have plenty of food options! The room was clean and I appreciated the fact that we could still use the fridge for personal items. The hotel is literally right in front of the pier/beach and the area in general is very walkable. Plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel also provided complimentary beach towels, chairs, umbrella, and boogie board rentals. Valet staff was kind and prompt. Rooftop pool/hot tub were clean and provided a great view of the ocean! Definitely would stay again at this hotel if we visit Oceanside again!

I had a wonderful stay at Mission Pacific Beach Resort with my teenage daughter. The location is fantastic — steps from the beach and pier, with beautiful ocean views. The room was modern, comfortable, and the unique sliding doors in the bathroom were a fun touch. We especially loved the rooftop pool bar — great vibes, solid drinks, and one of the highlights of the trip. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but the staff responded quickly to both. The Front Office Manager, Erick, personally followed up, which we really appreciated. Overall, the property is beautiful, the team is friendly and attentive, and we’d happily return. Highly recommend Mission Pacific — it was right up my daughter’s alley and a memorable California beach trip.

The Mission Pacific Resort is a gem of a hotel. From the rooms that sport partial to oceanfront views this resort doesn’t disappoint. There’s a rooftop bar and pool that serves food and a hopping happy hour. Both family friendly and great for couples. There’s also a hot tub on the roof top. If you’re not a fan of the roof top the beach is across the street and the hotel offers chairs, umbrellas and even beach toys! The staff will help you set up your umbrella and chairs. Everyone is so happy and accommodating. We loved the proximity to local restaurants and businesses. This property is extremely walkable. We are now repeat visitors! Thank you to Jada at the front desk for a warm thoughtful welcome and impeccable service. 10/10

Everything was clean and the service was good. The hotel was very nice and the views and surrounding area was also nice. It was a bit pricy but outside of that I would stay again.

Beautiful hotel, superb location! Convenient beach access with complimentary chairs, umbrella, towels. The ethereal suite exceeded our expectations!

This hotel is right next to the beach and walking distance from many bars and restaurants. The customer service was superb, from the valet workers to the front desk staff. The rooms were nice and clean. The gym was nice and spacious. The rooftop restaurant and pool were also very nice.

We had a wonderful stay at Mission Pacific Hotel in Oceanside. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the ocean view was absolutely fantastic. Everything about the property created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. As a Globalist member, I had booked a suite and requested an upgrade to a higher-category suite, but unfortunately that request could not be accommodated. Nevertheless, we still had a great stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property and its amenities. What made our visit even more special was the thoughtful birthday surprise waiting for us. The hotel provided complimentary chocolates, a bottle of wine, and a personalized birthday letter, which we greatly appreciated. This thoughtful gesture made us feel truly valued as guests and demonstrated the personalized attention and care the team provides. Overall, it was a memorable experience, and we would gladly return and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Oceanside.

Amazing stay. Amenities were great and the staff were all very professional and friendly. Highly recommend as a family or as a business stay. Looking forward to having this location as one of our go to stays.
