Vineyard Harbor Motel - Private Beach

Good place to stay , easy to go everywhere.

I've stayed here three times now. The room with the Double bed was large enough for 4 people, along with a kitchen area, full fridge, cooking utensils, pots and pans, sink, microwave, etc. The courtyard is cute, with tables to sit at, free coffee 24/7, and the people at the desk are always super nice. They don't seem to have an ice machine, causing you to have to ask for ice, which isn't that big of a deal, but a bit inconvenient. The private beach is nice, but the water area is between two large docks, so a smaller swimming area. There are many loungers with umbrellas on the beach with a picnic table and even a grill. The best thing about this place to me is that they are far less expensive than most every other place on the island, BY FAR. Maybe because they are in Vineyard haven, which is a tiny town and most people want to stay at Oak Bluffs, especially as there's night life there, and much more shopping and restaurants. There is a gas station very close, as well as some shopping and even a supermarket. There's a breakfast place across the street. I'd easily recommend this motel and stay there again.

This is a well located property that is in desperate need of renovation. The noise was from the paper thin walls of our neighbors. We could hear everything in the adjoining rooms. Last redecorated in the 1980s. I was very unhappy with the accommodation.

Beach was a bonus Room was more like a suite with full kitchen dining and seating area

Staff were attentive, kind and very helpful. We loved having a kitchen and the on site parking made our trip easier.

I love Vineyard Harbor Motel . This is my second time there and I will definitely come back
