Beautiful apartment with lots of space to relax both indoors and outdoors. Excellent location can walk to beach and restaurants very easily Rovinj as a place stunning with lots to see and do

Spacious apartment, pool outside. Good location, 15 min walk to town center.

Outdated furniture and very small kitchen.

Location and size of apartment (we stayed in top floor 3 bed)

Lack of care and attention in the apartment. Pictures of it in listing do not paint it in current conditions and is not 4 star, more 3. (first week of our vacation we stayed in another 4 star villa and it blew this away) Sparsely decorated, broken furnishings, including in the kitchen and wardrobes. Lighting not working and pool area a mess. Empty glass bottles that had been discarded a long time ago sitting in the garden. It’s a real shame as the place has lots of potential but being poorly looked after by company running it. Host couldn’t be bothered meeting us at check in (6pm) and only wanted to come the following day so could collect the city tax and drop off the pillow cases that were not put on the beds when we arrived. Disappointing and therefore felt overpriced, our first average experience of using self catering accommodation after 3 vacations in Croatia around different parts. Would not use the company again based on this.

Overall it is a good property with pool, but old renovation, not cleaned , lights don’t work , garden lamps are broken. It needs complete renovation. Simply over priced for the current status. Picture looks good but not the reality

Pool had dirty, sediment in the pool. I didn’t use it but some of the people used it . Lights in the landing didn’t work. I spoke to the person about it. They didn’t help. It was pitch black in the night I had to use mobile phone lights to walk up and down the stairs. Toilet and shower were not clean. Bad smell stench. They said because the time let out this year so that’s how it is. Window panels were broken. No curtains, lights were shining through. Couldn’t sleep in the mornings. Internet was slow, not good enough for online meetings for work
