Villa Francesco

Villa Francesco is perfect! The location is close to the beach. It was extra clean, spacious, bright, modern. The host was very friendly. If we come back to Rovinj, we will stay here again.

Great location. Only 15 minutes walking distance to Rovinj Center. Good sized rooms. We loved the terrace and the swimming pool. Quiet. Bike rental and nice Italian restaurant close by. Communication with friendly host was excellent.

Loved the place, we rate it a 9, for a 10, it only needs a little more TLC (tenderness, love & care), f.e. the bathroom needs some attention (water leaks away from shower).

Villa Francesco was in a quiet area walking distance to the old town and beach. It was large and comfortable with a lovely garden.

Everything was good

Large place for our needs. TV had sport channels during the rugby World Cup. Not usual for Europe. The water was hot, the bed and pillows were comfortable. It’s about a 15 minute easy walk to the marina. The washing machine was handy and worked well. There is a clean pool but still a little cold for us despite the hot weather lately.

The place is a little tired. There is flaking paint in the ceiling in the bathroom downstairs. Some cabinetry handles are missing in the kitchen.

Apartment in villa was exactly as I expected from pictures. Pool was perfect for our kids. Shop nearby, everything in a walking distance. Beaches and town center about 10-15 min. (we didn't need the car which was perfect). Stuff of Avior very nice, cleaning twice a week.. definitely one of our best accommodation.

Everything was perfect, the host was very friendly and helpful with all of our questions and requests. Villa was superb, clean, spacious and with all amenities that you might need. It’s a pity that temperature wasn’t a bit higher so we can use a lovely pool.

Good location and walking distance to shops and town. Good amount of space for 7 people. Nice pool but unfortunately too cold for us to use at the moment! Really comfy beds.

Street is a little narrow to get down if you have a large vehicle but there is plenty of turning/parking space outside villa.

Excellent location, nice apartment.

It is on the 3rd floor, with baby it was not so easy, but not critical. The sofa bed was awfully uncomfortable, but we put the matracces on the floor, and that was good.
