El baño muy antiguo, solo 10 canales de televisión, no limpiaron la habitación !! Cuando preguntamos nos dijeron que había que solicitar la limpieza!!! Eso esta muy mal, se dice ser un hotel de 4 estrellas. No había toallas en el baño, solamente 2 toallones

Proximidade ao metrô e vários estabelecimentos comerciais. Funcionários cordiais e solícitos, limpeza do local muito boa, tudo cheiroso, fácil acesso, silencioso.

Pedi um quarto PCD que não tem box (normal), mas o chão é muito escorregadio, tornando perigoso andar pelo mesmo após tomar banho (precisei solicitar mais 2 pisos de banheiro para ter um pouco mais de segurança).

The most complicated hotel I ever saw in my life. And I traveled the whole word. They ask so many questions before check-in, but their link to send the info does not work. Their customer service is difficult to access and people are not polite. A CRAP PLACE, DO NOT GO THERE.

Location is good

I chose this hotel because it was rated as a 4-star property, but unfortunately, it felt much more like a basic apartment rental rather than a standard hotel experience. Overall, I was not satisfied with my stay. To start with the positive aspects: the location of the hotel is absolutely great. The room size was quite adequate and spacious. Additionally, the staff was generally polite and friendly. However, the lack of basic services significantly negatively impacted my experience. You are required to give a 24-hour notice just to get housekeeping, there is absolutely no room service available, and they do not even provide standard amenities like slippers in the room. Furthermore, the toilet in our room was broken and constantly leaking water. While the staff was polite, communication was a struggle as there was only one person in the entire hotel who could speak English. In summary, if you are expecting a true 4-star hotel experience, you will likely be disappointed. If location and room size are your only priorities, this place might work for you, but if you expect standard hotel services, I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
