Breakfast was ok but we had to wait for staff to fill the breakfast area and it was about 9 and we had to wait 30 minutes to fill

Place was dirty maintenance not kept up garbage on property and stairs. people hanging clothes outside on balcony and our room had sofa bed and it was broken and mattress was ripped main door didn’t close poor management and should they should have people clean there areas outside there rooms not just leave there garbage makes it looks like a ghetto and management should take a look at all this..

We instantly felt uncomfortable at this property. People were loud, doors were open to other rooms, there were people constantly walking past our room and we could hear everything they said. After 15 minutes we made the choice to leave. I notified the front desk clerk that we weren’t staying. I was advised to contact hotels.com because she couldn’t refund. I spent more time trying to resolve the issue than I was at the property. I am extremely upset that I will not be refunded. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone. It is more of a low budget apartment complex. No privacy. Very disappointed.

After day one of 4days all ready paid for, we asked to be released from our 4 more days reservations previously made prior to our arrival. They said, No. Number 1. Number 2: once a week maid service. #3: No coffee maker. #4: Electric and USB outlets in lamps didn't work and wall sockets were filled. #5: TV service provider was substandard. The positive things were: Refrigerator and electric stove were modern and worked well. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable and the linen was clean and soft. Unit was clean when we arrived. Parking was convenient and lighted at night.

The property met my needs. It was an older Motel structure which had been updated. The staff were helpful. My main diappointement is that though it had a kitchenette facility including stovetop and large fridge, it did not have any plates, cutlery, pots etc useful for an extended stay. Bed was comfortable but room would benefit from more lighting. Overall OK

Rooms not cleaned for 4 days, had to go to office every day for clean towels/soap Had kitchen but no dishes etc No pool. Very run down for th money stayed in a lot cheaper hotels with better service

Very inexpensive, but property is outdated. Priced accordingly

I was double charged for a room and there they lied about some things tried paying me twice. Also charged me again for a security deposit and started a new reservation when I already had one in their system and made me pay again and said I had to dispute it with the third-party app so I do not like Their business techniques. They are thieves I would not recommend staying there unless you give him cash.
