The front desk guy was very nice and very helpful overall it’s not really a bad area!

The room was rundown, almost things were falling off the wall. Things were not plugged in people were outside barbecuing, and children running around in a parking lot.

The room was clean and liked that there was a refrigerator

It appears to have been flooded at some point, the bathroom door was damaged on the bottom and was warped. To ask this price the whole thing needs to be fixed up.
