Excellent position for Fringe

Property was great. Close to the city and all the ammenities we needed. Clean and plenty of space for a family of four.

The KT apartments in Adelaide was a remarkable stay. The apartment was exactly how it was showcased on Booking.com. The apartment was spacious and impeccably clean, features a large balcony with stunning views and a carpark. The apartment includes two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeps four), along with a generously sized (and well equipped) kitchen and a comfortable lounge area. The lounge and bedrooms all had individual tv(s). The dining table was ideal for when we hosted friends over for dinner. The entire booking, check-in and check-out was done digitally and they were very prompt when I needed support. This is one of my favourite stays for a very long time, and I highly recommended it. I will definitely return.

Apartment is very modern and quite a luxurious stay. They use digital key through JustIn Mobile app which means it's only using your phone to get in and out of the apartment and garage, so make sure your phone doesn't run out of battery and you have Australian mobile number for convenience. Internet wifi has a very good speed to watch 4K videos, apartment is beautifully supplied with amenities for a long and comfortable stay. Beds are comfortable to sleep in and apartment is very secure and it was a quite neighbourhood. Large balcony was an extra luxury for outdoor lounge. Although it's not located at the city centre, but it's within 5 mins. drive. It only takes 15mins. walk to the nearest (Botanic Garden) tram stop, if you want to explore the Adelaide City centre without a need to worry for parking as it's on free zone.

Questionable position of 3 tall fragile pottery placed on top of dining table, which makes the dining table that seats 6 people cramped into 4 and a hazard for accidentally knocking them over. Lacking of documentation for instructions on essential things. You need to use common sense to figure things out in using some of the facilities, ie. holding on to the light switches adjust the brightness, a switch you need to turn on first to use the induction cooking stoves, your phone has to totally sticks on top of the sensor without leaving any gap to open the apartment door, etc.

Quite but still close to cbd, very clean with excellent parking
