Very comfortable, well equiped apartment.

Had to download app to use phone for key to facility and room.

Nothing major, but the process was not very smooth. I had to download a new app that was quite glitchy, wait a long time for a response, and then have my access manually unlocked before I could enter. They also sent an email the evening before with an incorrect checkout time, asking me to leave at 8am even though the website stated 10am.

Very stylish and clean

Needed a bath mat in the shower as the tiles were slippery when wet

The property was quite scuffed and looked like it needed painting, the rug was stained and need cleaning, couldn’t find extra blankets although they were supposed to be in the cupboards.

Street is essentially an alley amongst commercial buildings. While it was clean and had some lighting, there are too many dark doorways and driveways to make one feel secure at night.
