The restaurant service is not reliable. Half of the food items listed on menu is not available. The food service is slow and food quality is average..

The location was good but the view from the room was not so great. The breakfast was just ok.

The options were many but the good ones are hardly any. Be it south indian or north indian cuisine. The room service was slow. We waited for an iron for more than half an hour and by the time it arrived, it started raining so we couldn't go out anywhere. They should have mentioned the reason for the delay. The whole experience would have been much better if the food was good and the service was quick.

The overall stay was good and comfortable, the food was also nice!!

Well located, pleasant staff, decent breakfast.

Some language issues with staff. Rooftop didn't seem to be open for service. Bathrooms poorly laid out and shower didn't have a door to stop water from going everywhere. Mattress hard and lumpy.

Buena ubicacion en una zona tranquila pero hotel ruidoso por la noche por culpa del personal y de ciertos clientes. Personal amable. Habitacion grande pero con decoracion antigua y baño pequeño. Desayuno aceptable. No hay maquina de cafe
