Holiday Inn Express St. Augustine - Vilano Beach by IHG

This was not standard for any of the Holiday Inns I've ever been in but the food was good and all of the employees were very nice; the only good things about the experience.

This was not standard for any of the Holiday Inns I've ever been in . This hotel smelled bad. The room was the size of a closet and still I had to pay $874.49 and I didn't even stay for the second night. It was horrible. Run down. The pillows were uncomfortable as was the bed. The sheets felt way past time for them to be replaced.

Had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Breakfast is great. Location was perfect.!

Don’t like the fact that I only could bring the temperature down to 70°. Would it like to have the room colder sleep I better?

Great customer service. Great breakfast and the staff was friendly. They had Gluten Free options for breakfast. Very Clean! Very Friendly! Close to the beach and grocery store. I loved that they provided beach chairs and wagons with beach toys.

I am currently staying at The Holiday Inn Express Vilano Beach, St. Augustine Fl and I am so impressed by the Hotel,The Staff and the amenities that I wanted to write a review right away! My husband and I arrived late. (9:00 pm) I am an IHG rewards club member so I booked and confirmed on the IHG app. When we got to the hotel everything was ready for us. Room keys, parking pass and a warm greeting by Delancy. The Standard King room on the third floor was small but all new and clean and well appointed with a private balcony. The staff at the breakfast room was friendly and excellent. The complimentary BF foods were well prepared and surprisingly abundant. Including a machine that made fresh pancakes!! 🥞 the lady who works In the breakfast room was so lovely, she came around and offered fresh fruit salad and muffins! ( I didn’t catch her name but she was very pleasant) The hotel also provides complimentary beach paraphernalia like chairs and coolers and toys and wagons on a first come first serve basis. There is a pool and a small gym as well. We were only here for two nights but I would definitely come back here and stay again!! Also if you are on a tight budget, you can get very reasonably priced grab and go food from the Publix right near the hotel.
