The location is good, room spacious, clean.

temperature control panel in the room isn’t working. We were not able to sleep properly during the night because the room was too hot, and there was no window to let in fresh air. I called reception at 5:30 a.m. for assistance with adjusting the temperature, and she confirmed that the panel is not working. The property should notify guests in advance about the construction work taking place around the hotel.

"Another enjoyable stay at A by Adina Canberra"

This was my second stay at A by Adina Canberra. It has lovely modern hotel rooms, a comfortable bed, quality toiletries and tea/coffee all in the heart of Canberra. Helpful, friendly front desk staff too. Would definitely stay again.

The room is generally clean but things like the front of the toilet bowl, the outside of the kettle, handles etc. could do with a wipe as part of the regular cleaning service.

Lighting, convenience, clean, spacious, design. I liked the coffee pod maker and the tea was top notch

The access with the lift was a bit touchy , it didn’t always recognise the room key.
