Location was easy to find and central. Room was comfortable and well equipped

Under beds were dusty and hairy. Towels did not need to be replaced every day. They were left on the rack so should not have been replaced

I love the location, walking distance to the theatre. The room was lovely, and the lighting was very moody/dark. The bed was comfy, and the room's blackout curtains made it very dark.

The breakfast was delicious - chilli scrambled eggs. and the coffee was perfect. And our meals were very well priced. The service was excellent as well.

The air conditioning control did not work.

Convenient location to the Canberra Theatre

The bathroom vanity basin was blocked. Reported on the night we arrived and again on checkout the following morning. The staff person on reception offered no solution to the issue, such as moving us to another room. Only said the problem would be reported. If there hadn’t been a sink in the kitchenette we would have had to clean our teeth in the shower. Not s good customer service e response to a problem of this sort. No clear instructions sent to us on before we arrived notifying us of the disruption to the roads near the hotel due to ongoing roadworks on how to access the car park with the road closure restricting access to theatre lane. Had to drive around the roundabout twice to find an alternative way to access the car park. Unclear instructions on how to get to the hotel from the car park.

It was very close to our even and it was a nice new property

Due to the roadworks it was an absolute nightmare to get to as I’m not from Canberra and didn’t expect the detours. Also, there is a building going up next door and the started work before 6am so I was woken at that time to very loud construction as it was right outside my window. I think it might be a good idea to put something about the roadworks and construction on your site to warn guests and then possibly put guests on the opposite side of the property to the construction. After a late night and an earlier than expected wake up call, driving a distance was difficult today.
