The Memphian, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel

Ms Geneva is absolutely amazing!! She provided absolutely outstanding customer service and was very helpful for any needs i had. I will only stay at the Memphian when I visit the area

I was greeted by door by this amazing host Ms.Powell.Who was with so much great information about area and what amenities the hotel offered. She told us about Tiger &Peacock in which we had amazing evening. Thank you so Ms. Powell!

It’s in a great location. Wish they had a pool and fridge and microwave in the room. Rooftop view is great! The elevator girl that lets you up to tiger and peacock was not friendly which set the tone before we even arrived upstairs. Got upstairs and the table we were sat at was not clean. Had to ask staff to wipe it down. Drinks were average and def not a place for dinner. Small menu selection for food.. Server Khalil is the only other highlight about the place besides the rooftop. He was awesome!! Friendliest person i encountered there that night . The room walls were thin. The room was clean. Location great .

Angel Powell is an actual angel!! My friends and I were on a girls trip. We had a little too much fun and couldn’t find our key, she could tell we were worried about not being able to get in and she made sure we got in and were okay! She was so welcoming and sweet!! A literal angel!

From the moment I arrived, Geneva made me genuinely welcomed and valued as a guest, she was not only professional and efficient, but also incredibly warm and personable. She went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth, and that I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, her knowledge of the area, dining recommendations, and attention to detail truly elevated my experience at the Memphian. The mattress was too hard, so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked.

I ate lunch at the Memphian on Friday 8/15. The food was absolutely delicious. The gentleman at the hostess stand was very nice. As I was leaving I saw my former co-worker at the front desk Geneva. Geneva has always been professional at her job and putting the guest first making sure their happy. 👍 She takes pride in her appearance and work. 👍 I will be back to visit the rooftop bar. Thanks
