AC Hotel by Marriott Austin Hill Country

Sue who works in the breakfast buffet was VERY friendly and helpful. She made our morning much better. The facility was nice, we enjoyed the rooftop bar.

Overall very comfortable.. Sue from the kitchen team was so amiable and made the experience each morning extra special.

Nice and clean hotel! Breakfast is good and Francis is very sweet and great at customer service.! All the staff was cordial and nice. The hotel is super clean.

Staff was very friendly and updated our room to a suite free of charge. The room was clean and there are lots of great amenities close by including a theater and an awesome cafe/market around the corner. This was our second time staying here and both times we have been very happy.

Where do I start? The place is immaculate and clean, rooms Awesome and rooftop bar that served the best lavender.. purple gin drink I have ever had.. housekeeping is so helpful and kind, front desk was friendly and the service from Francys at the breakfast bar and chef Maria was kind…food delicious and accommodating to any dietary needs. Wonderful breakfast! Location has restaurants and coffee shops close by too.. perfect!

We came here as a team for a baseball tournament and it was the perfect place for the kids to have some fun between game days at the pool, watch a movie out on the patio and even got to rent the media room for a Wii tournament!

I am in hotels 5+ nights a week and this is one of my favorite weekend spots ever of all time. The beds are super comfy, the Air Conditioning is good, the gym is clean has a good amount of equipment. I love sitting outside to sip coffee and then going for a morning walk through the quiet nearby neighborhood. The breakfast is AWESOME and Sue and Frances are lovely. If you can get a room with the hill country view, you're winning. Customer service is consistently friendly. A very peaceful property, especially on weekends.

Nice property

A large group of our family stayed here for a family wedding and we found everything to be quite satisfactory. The staff was welcoming and hospitable. I particularly want to mention Sue in the breakfast room as she went out of her way to greet us and was friendly and very service oriented. David and Sue in the bar areas were also very accommodating. The only disappointment was the expensive breakfast option. It looked very weak for the price. Otherwise, we all were extremely pleased with our experience.

I always stay in this hotel when I go to Austin for work. Comfortable beds, great ambiance and incredibly friendly staff. Sue, who assists with morning breakfast, is incredible. She’s so friendly and accommodating, taking care to know my name and remembering me the next morning. Interactions like that set hotels apart and make you want to return. I look forward to seeing Sue again on my next visit. Highly recommend the stay. Surrounding area is also very nice with trails and plenty of restaurants.
