Nice property. Comfortable rooms.

Supani, Chris, and Holden made us feel right at home, remembering our names and being there for our needs. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and food was delicious. We will be coming back.

Always nice to come back to AC Austin Hill, being greeted very nicely by Chris. A warm welcome at breakfast by Sue and Frances. The toast with eggs made by Marion is always a great start of the morning. In the evening it is always nice to chill at the rooftop bar. Looking forward to the next time.

The hotel is very nice and hosts are all very nice! The buffet is perfect! Sue, Francis are so nice ladies with sunshine smile and excellent serve. I love open face toast and French toast. Both delicious made by chef Maria.

I had a wonderful stay at the AC Hotel Austin Hill Country. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. I was particularly impressed with my breakfast! Sue could not have been more friendly and helpful and I absolutely loved chatting with her! She recommended a delicious meal made by Chef Maria and it was phenomenal. I can’t recommend the AC and their stellar employees enough!

As a very frequent traveler I see a lot of hotels, locations and personnel. The AC Austin Hill Country is a fairly new hotel. Clean, quiet and very friendly. There are a half a dozen dining options all within walking distance. I have stayed downtown and if it’s crazy you want, stay downtown. Very laid back friendly location here. The hotel restaurant/lounge has been my go to for breakfast. Sue has been my waitress every morning and Maria is the Chef. I’ve had every dish on Maria’s menu and they are excellent. She has even delivered them out of the kitchen to me. Sue makes you feel at home and is your new friend. She has numerous customers that she knows from previous trips. The lounges in the evening have helpful and friendly staff as well. The only name I remember is Alesia. Friendly and helpful as are the others in the lounges. Front desk personnel are just as friendly and helpful. Great place!

I planned an informal breakfast get together of family and friends the night after my son’s wedding. Many of our guests stayed at the hotel but we asked other family and friends to join us too. I coordinated with the hotel events staff several times in advance with the plan that I would pick up the tab for all our invited guests. When we showed up on Sunday morning, we soon realized the number of additional breakfast guests for the morning had not been relayed to Francys and the kitchen crew. Francys handled the situation in an amazing way! She was so patient, caring and enthusiastic about serving all the guests. The kitchen crew stepped up to handle the additional guests that morning as well. The food is really delicious too! Thank you for caping off the wedding week with a warm sendoff for our guests.

This was the best hotel experience we’ve ever had. The staff were so kind, caring, and accommodating. The front desk made us feel so welcome, the bar staff were friendly and fun, and housekeeping was amazing—our room was always spotless, even when we left late in the day. The pool was also a highlight and so relaxing. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. We can’t wait to come back!
