Lighthouse Suites - Best Western Signature Collection

The staff was excellent. The woman from housekeeping was ready to help with a smile & friendliness. The only reason I'm not doing a 5 is due to the 10a.m. checkout time. That's not a reasonable checkout time

Good. Clean and smelled great. Friendly staff. Only small issue, no iron and iron board.

The only thing missing that we enjoy is an indoor pool and hot tub - outdoor pool area wasn't open either

Room had separate sitting area, and was clean and comfortable. Walkable distance to beach but also has free public access parking for a very short drive away

Everything was good for the most part. Beds however were like sleeping in the parking lot. Woke up every 15 minutes and ended up having to sleep in the chair.

The hotel was remarkably clean. The staff took excellent care of us there, and went wayyyy above and beyond our expectations. The suite was very well laid out and spacious and the fact that it was a smaller hotel was nice. I dont think I could of found anything negative to say about this place if I tried. This is going to be our hotel for now on when we visit Emerald Isle.

This is a gem; stay here is a must. Our visit was wonderful.
