"low comfort for the price"

Cleanliness.

Terrible breakfast: very few choices, most of them unhealthy and super processed. A loud fan is linked to the bathroom light, so using the bathroom at night means waking others. No shelves in the shower stall to place a soap or shampoo; no soap dish next to the sink. The coffee maker could use instructions; never figured out how to boil water for tea - frustrating. Staff coverage at the front desk is spotty. Pool was closed. This is a beach hotel that does not provide beach chairs or umbrellas or towels. All cups, plates, and utensils, in the entire hotel, are disposable, going directly into the landfill. There should be a fine for that.

No pull for the ceiling fan ,bed too high no towel bar. Bathroom in breakfast area, soap and paper towel dispenser not working.

Staff were wonderful. Got in late because of traffic, but they stay up and made sure we checked in with a great experience!! Will definitely go back!
