Advertised balcony, paid extra for balcony and there was no balcony off the room. It was a walkway, outside that had no view

"This hotel is in a great location, but a bit overpriced for what they offered."

Location: close to beach and a highly rated restaurant called Wally's.

Hotel restaurant, bar and liquor store were all closed for the two days that we were there. We had not be informed of this at the time we made the reservation, otherwise we likely would not have stayed there. Bedroom had no closet to hang clothes. Air conditioner was noisy, so had to be turned off at night in order to sleep. Mattress too soft. No coffee in the bedroom. Registration desk did not open until 9:00.
