Crockfords Las Vegas, LXR Hotels & Resorts at Resorts World

This was our sixth, and best, stay at Crockfords. I won't bore you all with the repetitive details (see my previous reviews) but will add on some of the extra moments that made this specific stay so special. Sarah at the front desk was just absolutely terrific. She checked us in and out and she just did such an amazing job, courteous and luxurious every step of the way. The housekeeping was even better than usual (which is really something since they do an amazing job). One day, the housekeeper folded our dirty laundry in the closet! So unnecessary but also so thoughtful, and it made packing a breeze! I'm overjoyed with where Crockfords is and how far it has come. If you want a perfect luxury stay in Vegas, look no further. Thank you to all the staff that made our stay so memorable and luxurious!

Such a wonderful hotel! Every single one of your senses will be stimulated during your stay. Sight: The pop art, the chic crystal chandeliers, the animal sculptures, that cute, little sphere, the views from your room, and the views while lounging poolside at the infinity pool. Is it Smell: There are gorgeous floral arrangements at every turn; I couldn’t help but to take a moment to stop and smell the roses. Sound: I had such a good time vibing to the music and dancing the night away at Zouk! Taste: There are so many wonderful restaurants and chic spots for a drink or to enjoy a delicious meal. Touch: The least obvious answer would be the massage gun that was thoughtfully placed on my bedside table. With all the walking I did, it became my most cherished friend during my stay. And for the most obvious answer, the Casino. There are plenty of slot machines and poker tables for your fingers to enjoy. ;)

The passive aggressive housekeepers who kept moving the ensuite bathroom mats for guests to either trip over or break one’s neck. The west wing of Crockfords is a carpark view fyi. The distance from front desk to the ‘upgraded room’ was a very long way through 6 doors

Ana L at reception, once I could find it, insisting on presenting me with the room card in both hands like a ‘plump squirrel’ eating with her thumbs on it. A very unattractive welcoming pre-sentation. The room upgrade avoided giving me the food credit, free parking and city view, I had paid for.

Crockfords is such a wonderful place to stay in Las Vegas. The separate and exclusive entrance as well as the ambience and hospitality are simply top-notch! From the moment that we walked in and had an amazing check-in and welcoming experience with Stephanie to the last moment of our stay, it was a wonderful experience that will definitely be repeated in the future! I would highly recommend to stay here and when you’re checking in, hopefully you will also experience Stephanie’s warmth and engaging personality! Great hotel and staff!

Chambre magnifique avec grande baie vitrée offrant vue superbe sur le Strip. La réception réservée au Crockford permet une expérience « exclusive » pour l’arrivée et le départ sans file d’attente interminable comme souvent le cas dans les hôtels de Las Vegas. Idem pour la piscine avec un bassin réservé Belle offre de restauration : coup de cœur pour le Allee lounge au 66eme étage

Literie un peu trop molle J’ai dû réclamer la prise en compte du crédit de 100usd non automatiquement déduit, tous les restaurants/bars ne sont pas éligibles, j’aurais souhaité plus de clarté sur ce package à l’arrivée mais au final j’ai pu bénéficier de l’offre. Localisation de l’hôtel un peu excentrė par rapport au cœur du Strip

Fantastisch. Der Service sehr nah an den europäischen 5 Sterne Standard.

Das Essen in den Restaurants der Anlage. Kein gutes Essen, wenn man Europa oder Hotels wie Adlon in Berlin normalerweise besucht.

Room is spacial and quiet Room comes with disposable slippers and dental kits

They charge for WiFi

Beautiful and very clean. Staff was very respectful.

The pools close too early
