"Amazing and comfortable"

The staff were so kind and helpful. We only stayed for one night during the heatwave and the air con was amazing. The beds were on the harder side but thankfully we prefer that.

The shower wasn’t super powerful but it was fine. Nothing bad.

Clean, modern hotel well placed for Temple Meads. Lovely staff. Comfortable bed. Good air conditioning during a heat wave.

Only place to sit outside was down wind of the smokers

"Pleasant stay but Bristol is not for us so we won’t return but would recommend hotel overall, especially for business us"

Friendly welcoming and helpful staff, both on reception and in other areas of the hotel (bar/restaurant etc). Car parking was easy and nearby.

Personally we found it too far from Harbourside and Millenium Park walking. It’s also on a very busy main road.
