"上記以外は大変満足"

部屋やベッドが広く快適でした。 帰りに忘れ物をした時、 スタッフの方に素早く対応頂き 無事自宅へ届いて大変助かりました。

ホテルへうまく入れず 宿泊者の方に教えてもらった。 ドアの施錠も少し分かりにくかった。

비교적 깨끗하고 더블침대가 3개였고 메트리스가 좋았다

도로앞 특히 고가가 있는 동네 차소리로 너무 시끄러워 잠을 제대로 못잠

房間算大設施也很新, 地點雖離博多車站有些距離但完全能接受 有疑問時可透過平板隨時聯繫服務人員,也都很快獲得回應

在入住中遇到兩次問題 1.洗衣機無法正常使用 , 後續聯繫到人後有協助排除 2.找不到熱水器的開關且打開後還需要調整到一定溫度以上才能用熱水 關於熱水器部分建議添加說明會比較好

"対応とエントランスの不具合以外は良かった"

清潔感があり良かった

エントランスの番号を押す所が不具合でなかなか、開かず、問い合わせすると、場所が違うと言われ、再度連絡し対応してもらったら開いた！適当な対応は辞めて頂きたい
