"We will never stay here again"

I booked online through booking .com and paid but when we arrived they said they couldn’t find any record of our booking and I had to pay again. There wasn’t any breakfast that we could find.. The rooms open to the outside which would be ok if you could lock it but from the outside you could only latch the door knob it’s just a privacy latch it is movable with something as simple as a credit card or pocket knife doesn’t lock out like a deadbolt lock. There’s no safe in the room for valuables. The room itself was a good size and no carpet but the floor was very dirty we walked barefoot when when we got ready to go to bed our feet were black. The mattress are not the greatest we all woke up to stiff backs and exhaustion.
