We have stayed here twice. This time for four nights. We will be back! Great rates and good location.

Price and location

Night staff and paint splatter on floor during remodel. New linens would be nice and upgrade AC

Pricing, fairly quiet location

Door to room was difficult to open, windows gapped at bottom so they didn’t completely close. It’s an older inn that needs some quality upgrades.

The bed was comfortable enough. Nothing exceptional. The shower was hot and the pressure was nice.

The whole place smelled like smoke even though it was supposed to be non smoking. The bedding had stains and was very old and out of date. Stains were on the walls as well and floors weren’t very clean. The guy who checked us in was obviously cracked out and couldn’t even get us a cot when we asked for it. The alarm clock also did not work.

Great, quiet location west of Lubbock, easy access and room was clean. Tons of hot water in the shower.

The towels are a bit old and the TV streaming service kept cutting out (regardless of the channel).
