Clean, new and in good area. Recommended.

I asked the front desk to please have the floor in my room cleaned it was turning the bottom of my socks black. The floor was filthy. Nothing was done. The outer shade was off its track. I asked to have it fixed, nothing was done. The people that work there were pleasant I wouldn’t mind another stay but I don’t like staying in a dirty room.

I really like the Tru brand but was very disappointed with this stay. Our room was not very clean when we arrived; front desk said they would get it cleaned the next day but then we were told housekeeping only comes every other day to clean rooms. We stayed 3 nights and our room was never cleaned. Front desk apologized and said room was overlooked. I do not think the cleaning is kept up. I went to the gym two evenings in a row and it was in the exact state as previous night. The pool and patio had trash and dirty towels all around. The kitchen area chairs had stains on them. Breakfast was lovely. Location is good. Sadly, I love the area but will go stay in the Hampton Inn in Troy where I stayed in December for multiple nights with no issues.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. The lobby was lovely and market place full of snacks. Breakfast was so good and the location was perfect for us. Will definitely be back!!

Your breakfast does not meet the standard of other Tru by Hilton hotels we have stayed in. The toaster would not toast any bread and the food was cold. People were throwing their food away due to it being cold. We were shocked because the last 2 times we have stayed at a Tru, their food was outstanding — just not at this location.

No complaints, hotel was very very clean

Our stay was great. Friendly and attentive staff. My husband, kids and myself are traveling for one last weekend before it's back to work and school. I was so please with the property as a whole. From check in the staff was amazing, taking note of my honors status was a plus. My kids loved the pool. Me and my husband got to enjoy the outside patio. I will definitely stay again!

We came in on a Friday evening and everything was so light and fun. Front desk staff were amazing. Seemed to enjoy working. They were very nice and helpful as well. Lobby was clean. Room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfy as well. The breakfast selection was good. I loved the maple sausages. The breakfast attendant was attentive and kept things stocked.
