Tropical Hideaway

Beautiful and calm location. "No kids pool" gave a very relaxed pool experience. The view from the room is amazing - definitely try relaxing in the bathtub and admire the view. The staff was very nice. The hotel has a sister location a few minutes walk away with a restaurant called Mukjeon - specialised on Korean boiled pork, Korean savoury pancakes and seafood - don't miss this place, food is absolutely delicious here!!! Tropical Hideaway guests received a generous 20% off. The only thing that I see improvement for is that the beds are too firm.

숙소 뷰가 정말 최고입니다. 날씨만 좋다면 침대에 누워서 일출을 볼 수 있어요. 소파도 특히 편안했고 전체적으로 깔끔하고 통일성 있는 인테리어가 좋았습니다. 1층 카페테리아에서 제공해주는 조식도 브런치 스타일로 퀄리티 좋았구요, 저녁 때 가볍게 먹을 생맥주와 메뉴들도 맛있었어요. 다음번에도 다시 예약할 의향이 있습니다!

The hotel is awesome, i would love to come back again

Tropical Hideaway is a beautiful, secluded hotel. The views from our room were stunning and the room itself was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel feels like Southern California in Korea, the included breakfast was excellent and different each day. The staff was friendly and quick to help! The hotel itself is situated far from most of the other businesses in Jeju, but there are plenty of dining options and a convenience store within walking distance. Only knock I have in on the mattress, it was too firm for my liking. A pillow top or slightly softer mattress would have been great. We can’t wait to go back!

This was hands down the best hotel my wife and I stayed at during our honeymoon. The building is new and well maintained. The room was spacious and clean, including the outdoor bathtub. You get a great view of the sunrise, Hyeongjeseom Islet and the coast from your balcony. One of our favorite experiences from our trip was relaxing in the tub on our balcony at night, watching the full moon and enjoying a beer after a long day of trekking around the island. There's also a heated pool on the second floor that opens out to the outside area as well, which was a nice bonus for us. The nearby area is pretty quiet and sparsely populated, but there are a number of restaurants within walking distance, including a good black pork bbq spot just down the street, along with two convenience stores. The cafe on the first floor of the hotel seemed popular as well. They serve mostly western dishes that we didn't try, but we enjoyed some draft beers there, including from Magpie brewery.

Wonderful room, magnificent view. Enjoyed the breakfasts. Liked the comfortable hang out spaces. Only thing we didn't appreciate was the bed - way too firm for us Americans. Make sure to take advantage of dining discounts at sibling Zen Hideaway and Mookjeon.

너무 좋아서 재차 묵었네요. 조용하고 뷰가 멋진 곳입니다. 도보로 괜찮은 식당들도 있고 호텔내 식당과 카페도 훌륭했습니다. 프론트, 식당, 풀, 청소 담당자 등 모든 분들이 하나같이 친절하시고 수준높은 응대에 편히 쉬고 갔습니다. 특히 매일 바뀌는 조식과 따뜻한 고객 케어가 그리워 또 방문하고 싶네요.

Situated in a quiet area of Southwest Jeju away from all the cheesy tourist attractions and crowds. Great dining options at the hotel and in walking distance. Amazing view from the room and from infinity pool on the 2nd floor. Everyone at the hotel was attentive and so friendly. Strongly recommended to those visiting and also to the locals to stay here.

A beautiful little new hotel, with super sea views and a gorgeous indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Each room has a huge bath on the balcony. Rooms are cosy and comfortable with a couch overlooking the sea.
