A perfect base in the downtown area to explore Fetiye. Quiet at night and waking distance from the market and harbours. We didn’t make use of cooking facilities, but great to have a washing machine as part of a longer road trip. Can highly recommend.

The residence is very well placed. It is possible to walk to every place in Fethiye. People at the Residence were very kind and the room comfortable and very well equiped.

First thing was, all of the staff was absolutely amazing. Second thing, the pictures before we went, looked good, but the size of the apartment, everything being so new, and the quality of the accommodation was beyond what we thought. It’s definitely where I will come back to in the future. The location, of course is excellent, and we just have absolutely no complaints. If you’re thinking about where to go in the area, this is the place you do not want to miss out on!! Love S3 King … not really a hotel, but like a cozy, Good size apartment.

Özel aracınız varsa otopark yakın, yoksa dolmuşlar çok yakın olduğu için her yere ulaşım çok kolay. Odamız yeni ve yatak komforluydu. Biz Delux odada konakladık. Odaya bir değil iki klima takılmış olması süperdi. Sorularımıza resepsiyondan hızlı yanıt ve ihtiyaçlarımızla ilgili yeterli destek geldi. Tavsiye edebiliriz ✨

This is probably the best to stay if you are in Fethiye. Altough is residence their service is even better then some 5 star hotels which are stay. The workers were really amazing and proffesionalm.Rooms are spacious, nice and clean. It just everything you need for a perfect vacation.
