It was a great apartment, everything you need. Great loaction and great views of marina and water off the balcony.

Fethiye merkezde bulabileceğiniz iyi opsiyonlardan biri. Hem konum olarak hem fiyat fayda hem de konfor olarak biz oldukça memnun kaldık. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve güzel karşılandık. Ufak bir televizyon problemi yaşadık fakat çok büyütülecek bir şey değildi. Oda dizaynı ve mobilyalar da yeni ve kaliteli kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik oldukça güzeldi.

Very nice apartments in central Fethiye

It is located in the city center. There are a lot of dining/coffee shop options outside. The parking lot is also close by and the area is very lively. This place is perfectly situated. It is very clean, spacious, modern and has a balcony. Their bathrooms are pretty big too and the staff was really nice. It is close to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

stayed at King Residence for a few nights, these modern, extremely clean and comfortable apartments are in the perfect location. Plenty of lovely restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes. 1 min walk to the waterfront nd the old town is a few minutes away. Will definitely be booking them again when we visit Fethiye

Excellent central location in beautiful town of Fethiye. Nice balcony view of street below Starbucks, ice cream, shopping area, and partial view of the sea. Stayed one night as traveling to next destination following day. Room was well cleaned, full facilities, large modern shower and WC. The room was split into two rooms with sliding doors and good sound proofing, although it's a busy area, sounds can be heard, so if you're a light sleeper this needs to be considered before booking. The reception staff Rahman was very helpful and informative and useful information provided when requested. Also his colleague on Nightshift was the same. Thanks guys.

清潔感のある部屋でとても良かった。ただ、シャワーを浴びている途中で、お湯が出なくなったのが残念。
