- Location is central to stadium, V&A Waterfront and restaurants. - Rooms were clean - Breakfast buffet was very good.

- Area around hotel is noisy. No sound proof windows. - Bar staff not properly trained. - Group of 6 and everyone got their meals at different times. No explanation given by waitress or manager.

The Hotel stay was excellent and the staff and facilities were good. The room was well kept and always clean & we enjoyed our stay there with secure underground parking. The staff were pleasant and gave good advice on how to get around Cape Town and where to go to fulfill our needs.
