location and views were good

poor finishing of room. wasnt looking like even a 3 star property. food is very expensive. I have stayed in best five star properties never found something so expensive when you compare this hotel. there are very few restaurents in amby calley. most of the places are closed. la cafe is a good option to have food. A club and woodpecker is just okay.

Breakfast was average, Rooms not maintained for the price paid

The place is pretty good. We first had room 610 and it was in need of sprucing up, to be kind. After some discussions we were moved to room 615, on day two and it was much better. Thank you for moving our room. They were kind and allowed us a late check out to make up for the initial arrival issues. Again this was a good way to accommodate the customer and made our trip much better. Rating is based on second room 615.

There is no signage to find the restaurant for breakfast. Its a long walk and you are just not sure if you are headed the correct way. We saw a man made waterway but most things looked like they had been out of commission for a long time. Lots of neglect. I think at one time it was a beautiful place.
