The staff was very cooperative and the service was very good. The took the feedback well.

We paid for the room with seaside view, We were Instead offered one with the land view. We were eventually made to shift rooms after talking to the manager. After changing rooms there were problems with the geyser, the water just wasn't getting hot and even after getting it fixed by the maintenance, it still wasn't fixed and had to bathe in icy cold water. After all that our AC stopped working, We were sweating profusely. After having a heated conversation with the manager we finally got a cooler to put in the room. The sink also was jammed up and the water was draining.. The stay for us was truly abysmal.

only location is good.

Room was not maintained properly. garden was not maintained. clean up was not done on regular basis. food was not good. it’s not value for money.

Spacious room

The complete property needs renovations. In my room the shower area was broken. Jacuzzi was not up to the mark. Electricity went out & didn’t come back for half an hour

The pictures are extremely deceptive to what the actual room looks like. We were extremely disappointed and not just that the rooms smelled and felt so damp. Not breathable and the hygiene wasn't good enough either. I would recommend swaying away from the property. Not to mention they charge a bomb for all the crap they have to offer
