Aveda Suites at Aamby Valley city

Room was not clean at all, we checked in late, they were not giving extra towels as well our stay was for 1night, we checked in at 9.00pm & hotel staff was not giving towels to freshen up, room was not maintained at all. small bugs & even TV was not working, we paid 21,000/- but not worth it at all. will not recommend any one to visit again. Unfortunately, the images they showed on booking.com was all fake than actual room which has become old & rustic. I hope other guests don't face this kind of extremely bad experience. Didn't expect booking.com will be displaying such options which is not true. Travellers pay for luxury but what we received was 1 star hotel stay.

Overall experience was extremely poor! From entry to the Aambi valley to checkout multiple mishaps poor coordination between booking.com and Aambi valley. Even within Aambi valley I was given checkin to the wrong property and even charged. They charged INR 7000 more than what was Booking.com voucher. Heavily priced for dying Aambi Valley!

Can’t even express how HUGELY DISAPPOINTED we are with this most regretful hotel stay of our lives. We paid 16k + for a day and night , which was only filled with disastrous experiences all the way. Firstly, the property and rooms are in a horrible shape with no maintenance whatsoever . Old curtains, sofas, beds, tvs etc. the air conditioning in the living room and bedroom didn’t work at all. We couldn’t sleep all night as AC was not effective and compressor wasn’t turning on . We called house keeping 3-4 times through the night but there was no answer. To make things worse, there is a foul smell of kerosene oil in the rooms. Breakfast was just so bad, resturant was completely unhygienic and extremely stale and bad tasting breakfast EVER. I am demanding a 100% REFUND of my money for this experience, else I will be forced to post this everywhere in social media. Also sincerely urge you all to consider shutting down this place, tie up with a professional chain to run it or simply sell this property

Nothing. Extremely costly

No value for money at all. Power.cut for 1 hour. No generator backup. Breakfast quality extremely bad. Ala-carte manu is 5 times costly. No staff courtesy. Despite of rooms being available, early check out was denied. If you're paying such a premium rate, you expect good hospitality and top notch service. However there is big disappointment. Not recommended at all. Don't waste your money.

A good location right inside Aamby Valley city. It was probably quite nice when it was originally built. The breakfast spread was decent and the staff were friendly. The unit was clean.

The same as the rest of Aamby Valley, the facilities are old and tired, not well maintained at all. Sheets and towels are old, shower is leaky, finishings are poor quality. The pictures aren’t really a good representation of what it’s like now. You pay 5 star prices, but it’s not a 5 star experience.
