Over priced. Staff service is as good as a 3 star hotel. The place is not maintained.

The room was spacious and clean. Amid nature and jacuzzi was good.

There was no security at the property . Security cabin itself was broken. So no one can guide you to the reception. The reception board is placed in brown color in small letters on green plant where one cannot read it. No one at the reception at the checkin time to guide properly. The manager was to get back about the things to do around etc which did not happen until till 8 pm until we asked for. The closest restaurant was completely blocked for some private function and it was mandatory to order room service if u needed food from there. The location is just too far. Unless you go by a private car there is nothing that you can do on the property except for jacuzzi in the room that too if you have booked a jacuzzi room. Bedsheet we had was torn and stitched back. It’s a total waste of time and money. Having visited some very good properties over the years this was totally worthless !

It was badly maintained , bad management, bad staff and bad facilities

the location is good and the staff were prompt amd attentive

the facility is old and rundown and not well maintained, There were several issues with the accommodation as well as overall facility, we were a family renting two suites together and both the outdoor gazebo swing sets were broken without the tabletop and without the canopy for sun, the TV never worked for the entered stay, room curtain were broken with ripped tape, we had constant internet issues, swimming pool zaccuzi was out of commission with no hot water, several lights in the unit didn't work or were flickering,

Suite size was good.

Property was not clean. Looks very old n not maintained. Staff is not professional. No proactive information sharing rather you need to ask every time.
