Sporco, wc rotto perdeva acqua, finestre vecchissime, rumorosissimo, cucinino con quasi niente per cucinare, il terzo letto inesistente un materasso di schiuma vecchio sporco volante.indicazioni errate diella box delle chiavi, dal proprietario in email vengono indicate in un'altra strada ma in realtà sono attaccate alla buca della posta all'ingresso dello stabile.prezzo altissimo per quello che fornisce.

Unser Aufenthalt war leider enttäuschend. Die Bettwäsche war bei der Ankunft sichtbar verschmutzt, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Saubere Bettwäsche gehört zur Grundausstattung und sollte selbstverständlich sein. Außerdem war das dritte Bett nicht vorbereitet, und es wurde keine saubere Wäsche dafür bereitgestellt, obwohl wir für drei Personen gebucht hatten. Das hinterlässt einen sehr schlechten Eindruck und hat den Aufenthalt deutlich getrübt.

Location, security and parking.

This host did not like picking up our telephone call for help for checking in and parking. We had problems with our emails and coulnt open photos and instructions of how to check in and where to park. We had a terrible time waitinģ and not been able to speak with the host . We were calling him and he would respond that he is in a meeting. He would not pick up and the issues were so simple that it would have been cleared up by simple clarification and better directions. When I did manage to open my email And saw the instruction it màde me so angree because it ruined our day. Booking.com should reimburse travellers when their bookings and stays are ruined intentionally or unintentionaly as this case shows. It shows how communications is so important. Why do hosts give their phone numbers if they do not intend to answer or use them?

Close to caity center, very good price, coffee machine in the kitchen

It was not properly clean, bed sheets for sofa bed were kept dirty in the closet, extra mattress for sofa bed was a piece of dirty foam without any cover, smelly flat to cigarettes

Apartment looked as in picture, the location was good because there is a bus stop just across the street. The check in was also easy and good explained. One thing could be improved - the cleaning. Overall good stay.
