Location was best !!!! Staff were like family. They all knew my name. So welcoming!!! Bed is super comfy. The room in back with pool view is slightly better. Bathroom is indoor. Quiet property Beautiful small pool area

Rooms are run down. Especially if you’re in the older rooms that are bottom floor. Dark room Only 1 mirror in the bathroom Outdoor bathroom. You are sweating putting on your makeup

The cleanliness was on spot. The staff were so lovely, they were extremely attentive. The pool was nice it felt like we had our own private pool. Very happy with this hotel.we were travelling for our honey moon and the hotel prepared a welcome arrangement with flowers. We also spent Nyepi at the hotel and it was fantastic. As a good bye present they gave us a scented candle and a little bag. We loved this place.

아이와 여행에 매우 좋았어요 친절하고 맛있는 조식과 가까운곳에 마트와 기타 맛집들이 있어서 좋았습니다 수영장에서도 잘 놀았고 2층에는 개미나 도마뱀은 없이 깨끗이 잘 이용하고 왔어요^^

We certainly enjoyed our stay at Japa suites and villas. The staff were attentive, polite, and very friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The facilities were exceptional. The pools were clean. The gardens immaculately maintained and the food/breakfast was an excellent standard and generous. We loved the location. it was right in the heart of Ubud however, it felt like you were in an oasis amongst the hustle and bustle because of its setting, its gardens and pools. Thank you to the staff.
