Apartamento bello in centro. Letto comodo. Pulizie ok.

La rigidità sull check-in. Capisco che il check-in possa essere alle 15, ma solitamente si lascia la possibilità di lasciare il trolley o la valigia se si arriva prima. Invece qui no. La sig.ra Maria ha potuto aprirmi solo alle 13, altrimenti dovevo pagare 20 euro (ma io non volevo entrare prima... solo lasciare la valigia). Il check in si deve fare on-line e non specificano quando rilasciano la fattura. Visto che al check-out non c'è nessuno, mi sono preoccupato di chiedere quando danno la fattura: prima mi dicono che deve essere Booking, poi Booking dice che sono loro. Rispondono alle email con grande ritardo. Alla fine vengo a sapere che la inviano il giorno dopo il check-out. Non è finita. La fattura NON è dell'importo che ho pagato (ben 50 euro in meno... che secondo loro è la commissione che devono pagare). Dicono che si può avere una quietanza di pagamento... ma devo versare 2 euro in più. La chiedo... e di nuovo il silenzio... aspettiamo ma mai più una struttura del genere se si viaggia per lavoro.

Ample space in this apartment which was great. Location was brilliant too.

Lighting was poor. The hot water in the shower was unbearably hot and I hope the host looks into this as it almost burnt my other family member.

Very spacious, good cooking facilities.

AC unit works nicely. Internet too. The location is nice, and not very noisy.

The booking agency asked me to submit my arrival time a day in advance. The host then contacted me to confirm the same details and requested a message 30 minutes before I arrived—both of which I did. Despite this, I ended up waiting 20 minutes on the front steps. If the company and the host don’t communicate with each other, I don’t see why I should provide arrival details twice. The living-room windows have no blinds and face a neighboring building whose residents often smoke on the balcony, leaving zero privacy for guests. The stay felt anything but welcoming. The room came with no basic supplies—no shampoo, no body wash (only a few small bars of soap), and not even bottled water. The “guest manual” is full of instructions phrased like orders, including odd rules such as: “If you use more towels than the number of guests in your group, you will be charged €15 per extra towel.” Although the listing calls the property “modern,” it is not. The sofa and small desk are outdated, several light bulbs are burnt out, and a few cabinet doors don’t close properly.

Shampoo and soap would be very useful

We liked the fact that the flat was in one of the main street in Udine with lots of bars and restaurants, but our bedroom was the other side and it was very quiet. Soundproofing was excellent. The kitchen was well equipped and the flat was spacious and clean.

The apartment is in very condition. The location is good in the old center. There are lot of buses going frequently to the railway station. The host is kind and helpful. In our appartment the shower drain didn’t work propely. The problem was solved very quickly.

The only negative thing is that in the kitchen there is very few kitchenware. For example, there was only one wine glass.
