Nice and clean apartment. The host spoke english very well - that was helpful. He shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The room also had air conditioning. Of course it is no luxury apartment but for the price really good!

Everything was fine! Only one thing that could be a problem for some people. You have to walk to the city center (about 20 minutes). For us it was no problem. But if you don't want to walk you can take a taxi for around 50 MXN.

Pretty courtyard. AC worked great plus ceiling fan. Hot water was hot. Bed is comfortable. Spacious room with a mini fridge. Shared kitchen with a stove and drinking water to use. Manager Arthuro is very knowledgeable. Very reasonably priced! Room cleaning lady was available as needed.

I really enjoyed my stay. Arthur was very helpful and attentive to all my concerns during my stay. Really liked the atmosphere and charm of the hotel.

Great price and within walking distance to the centro activities. Manager is terrific and actually speaks English really well. Many smaller hotels say they speak English and don't, so that is a pleasant bonus.

Stay was terrific for the price. Adding microwaves to rooms would be inexpensive and a great bonus to guests. Also, another internet service to split the load amongst the guests would be another inexpensive option that would be a huge benefit.

Very clean, also in shared kitchen. Drinking water available, nice courtyard with sitting area before rooms. Helpful staff with good english. Quiet area but still close to the centrum and all transports (bus terminals, colectivos...etc) - all in walking distance

Sometimes problem with hot water (usually in the morning). Sometimes weak wi-fi.

Its within walking distance to the town center and market. We walked around until 8 or 9pm, didn't feel unsafe at any moment in time. There is a huge street food market scene in the market area. There is a kitchen area with utensils provided for our use. The room met our expectations for the amount we paid. The hostess also addressed our questions on traveling to a few places on our list.

Even though this residence was located near to the town center, it's not in a desirable area. Lots of rules to abide by provided on a pamphlet, reckon the prior customers were unruly. Our bathroom door had a crack through, seemed like someone kicked it.

Very nice owner, comfortable location

Excellent price. Pretty quiet street but only a few blocks from the hustle and bustle of the shopping district. Helpful and flexible management that, unlike at most economical hotels, speaks English.
