Person that runs the place seems ok but when electricity went out at midnight, he was alerted but never responded for nearly 5 hours afterwards. Seems like nice neighborhood. Also, facility was pretty well shielded from road noise. The place seems safe and secure as well. The shared kitchen facilities had a good setup.

Dogs barking nearly all the time and/or stray cats begging for food. The number of barking dogs is literally unbelievable! Day and night, it’s a continuous circus of crazy, barking dogs! Bathroom door is setup totally wrong! In the tight space where the door swings in, it hits the towel rack and is too close to the toilet. The door is all damaged as a result as it is. This is a no-brainer: the door should be replaced and setup as an out swing door - due to the cramped space within! All that’s needed besides the new outswing door would be additional low cost framing material. The toilet seat is torn and ripped because it’s the soft foam vinyl seat. Cuts into your skin and should be replaced with a hard plastic seat also! The mini fridge is the most noisiest refrigerator I have ever encountered! It runs every 10 minutes. Starts with a loud clunk and howls like loud charging wind for about 3-5 minutes per cycle. Another sleep disrupter at this facility. There was a power outage after midnight and caused $50+ usd worth of food waste - due to no automatic generator. The fridge is only a cheap mini fridge and within 4 hours, the food is room temperature when the power is off. The power was out for over 7 hours! Guy that runs the place who doesn’t reside there of course, claims he has to manually turn backup generator on.

It’s a quaint, roomy space with a very comfortable bed, tucked into a private, secure and beautifully kept courtyard with access to a shared kitchen.

The bathroom. The single source of water, in the bathroom, was at a sink that drained slowly and in order to stand at the sink you were inside the shower.

Location, style of accommodation (apartment with 2 bedrooms), use of the pool at night, friendly staff, tranquil feeling, no noise

There was a fine powder dropping from the ceiling that got all over our stuff! Also we were unable to cook because the stove was not connected to the gas pipe.

Good place to stay

The staff was awesome, the room was comfortable, and I enjoyed the garden. I would have extended but they were full. I highly recommend!

Very nice patio, quiet neighborhood, very kind, nice and helpful personnel. A place to hook hammocks in a room. Good quality WiFi, I was working from a room easily. Shared kitchen, so I was able to cook meal. Location quite near to the centre of the city (about 1.2 km - it was about 15 minutes by foot). Very comfortable, hard beds - ideal to sleep.

Very low pressure in the shower. Happily there was a tap below the shower, so I was able to wash myself under the tap. Not comfortable chairs in the room. Clogged sink from the beginning in the room.
