very poor water pressure poor bathroom poor towels room has broken things bathroom door don’t stay open …

It’s a great, very family friendly place. We loved the little garden area outside and the shared kitchen. The staff is super, super friendly. There are a few playgrounds in walking distance and the big market is only a ten minute walk away. The neighborhood is nice and quiet.

the owner manager Arthur speaks English which’s helpful for some people. the property is located in a quiet neighborhood. there is no hot water which is not unusual doe the area.

there were a few ants but that is not unusual for the area

What I liked best was that the rooms were nice, clean, spacious, and accommodating. Every room has AC, fridge, Daily cleaning with plenty of towels, a community kitchen, and is in a convenient location to the lucas galvez market and centro. There is also many nearby stores to get drinks, snacks, and any other basic needs you want as well as a supermarket within a reasonable walking distance. Not to mention the WIFI is great and fast enough to do your work on or watch movies, faster than my internet in the U.S. even! I was thoroughly pleased with my stay here and the cleaning staff were super nice and friendly too!!! The Guy at the front desk was so cool and friendly and even got a personal taxi for me to the airport on the morning of my departure. The place is tucked away in a traditional neighborhood but is very spacious once you enter and the court yard makes you feel as if you are staying in a hacienda with many beautiful flowers and plants. It gives you the true feel of being in Mexico and I'd recommend this place to anyone. There is even a small bread shop around the corner that has the best cinnamon rolls and cream cheese cake I ever tasted as well as many other traditional Mexican pastries and breads. If you need some drinks or snacks or any basic electronic necessities or batteries ect.. the cleaning store adjacent to the hotel has most of what you need without having to go all the way to oxxo. Enjoy!!!

There is nothing that I didn't like.

The staff were helpful after we asked to move room. The upgraded room was better.

The room they gave us had ants crawling on the walls and in the beds. There was also no AC, and the fan was very noisy. The shower was poor. We paid extra to upgrade the room.

Do not stay here, not as it looks. Small place close to the center but ovwralll you can spend another 4 dollars and get a better place
