I honestly do not like writing bad reviews but I want others to learn from our experience as we have from others with their reviews. This is also meant to be constructive for the hotel property so that they can hopefully improve their service. First, we are Diamond Hilton members and we have stayed at many Hilton properties. This is one of the newer built Home2Suites and we had stayed here once last year. Being new, it is still clean and updated. As with any new built, the walls are not as soundproof as one would find in older properties. We could hear people in the hallway and also voices/sounds from the room next door. Second, the housekeeping policy at this hotel is simply undesirable and, in my opinion, unacceptable. It says on the bathroom mirror sticker "Complimentary Housekeeping Upon Request" (clean towels, trash emptied, bed made) in big print, and "For stays longer than 4 nights, a full housekeeping will be provided" in smaller print below. Somehow we thought that the full housekeeping on the 5th day will be automatic. It did not happen and when we asked the front desk they said that it should have been requested the night before (this requirement was not written anywhere). We asked that the room be cleaned on our 6th day but we were given the "being polite" answer that "we will try to put you on the list but it's not guaranteed." The room still did not get cleaned and we were having to empty our trash and make our bed. Is not one of the perks of staying in a hotel is that one does not have to do all that? Also, what does "complimentary" mean when guests are paying for the hotel stay? So will it cost more if the housekeeping was not complimentary. This was very aggravating and we are not going to stay at this hotel again when we visit the area in December. I think that they have taken advantage of the "Covid protection" too far. If people are scared to be sick then they should be the ones to ask for no housekeeping or not stay at hotels at all. Third, breakfast was not good at all. None of the food items met to our satisfaction. Waffles were bland, breakfast sandwiches were unhealthy with lots of greasy cheese, the scrambled egg bowl tasted old, and the oatmeal was very thick. We went to Tim Horton's 4 times for breakfast. Lastly, most of the front desk staff were pleasant and friendly except for one who may even be the hotel supervisor. She was borderline crass. Overall, this hotel stay was just not enjoyable for us and we hope that others will have a better experience than us.

We were a little early and they were able to have the room ready for us shortly after arrival. Easy to get extra linens. Clean room and friendly staff!

We stayed on the 2nd floor. There is an outdoor fire pit and gathering place outside the hotel. The people were really loud. We had to call several times to have them quiet down, but it did not stop. Also, the TV was on briefly until the remote control would not work. I brought it down to the desk when I went out for the day and asked for them to fix it. It was not fixed that day or at all. They seem to be low staffed.

This place is nice.

Not only does the manger Tracy have problems being rude but runs off employees and others have stated this in past.Tracy lied about the incident that happed but has problems with keeping the hotel running.This is the worst Hilton I have stayed at.I’m a long running honors guest!I would strongly suggest not staying here!The company who owns this property knows about Tracy and does nothing.Find other properties to stay at!

The room was great, very clean, plenty of space. I should have asked for a higher level - 1st floor room was right by the Taco Bell drive thru so it was a bit noisy. Luckily the air conditioning fan muffled the engine sounds The pillows were soft but flattened out too much. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This is a very clean hotel, modern, friendly check in, very quiet at night, pet friendly, pool is warm! Felt good after a long drive. location is close to food, gas, highway on and off ,VERY comfortable beds, spacious rooms. Highly recommend
