Absolutely beautiful hotel, Heidi Smith went above and beyond when checking us in, letting us know about amenties, and things to do! The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved having a full size fridge, and real dishes. The bathrooms are well designed and come with shampoo and soap. In a very busy area so it can get congested with traffic.

My family was traveling and made a last minute reservation at the Grand Blanc Home2suites and we are glad we did. It was an amazing value with excellent amenities and well designed rooms, the 2 bedded room with sofa bed served our family well. The staff although new was well trained and delightful. The hotel smelled great from the first floor lobby and restrooms to the actual guestroom and corridors. We would recommend this hotel to others traveling in the Grand Blanc area, we even made our reservation for an upcoming Thanksgiving visit while we were there. This hotel is close to everything including the interstate, restaurants and downtown Grand Blanc. This stay was a WOW

We stayed here for the weekend to go to the Renaissance festival in Holly. This hotel was a great location for our purpose and not too far of a drive to the festival. This was our first time staying in a suite hotel so we were unsure of what to expect. We were pleasantly surprised to find a kitchenette and a pull out dining table in the room. We didn't get a chance to use the pool or outside seating area, but we heard plenty of people using and enjoying themselves. The breakfast was awesome. So many options and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue we ran into wasn't a huge deal, I checked in on the Hilton app, chose a room and digital check in. When we arrived we went to the room and the digital key would not work. I went down to the desk and I guess the check in didn't go through all the way. Everything was taken care of right away and I we got physical keys and the trip was amazing.

We had two night reservation and checked in late in the afternoon to get some rest after travel.Multiple dogs were barking so loud in our hall we couldn’t rest. The hotel said all floors had dogs. After meetings in the evening, it was the same. We recorded it, played it for desk clerk several times, but the noise continued. Terrible to pay that price and get no peace and quiet.

Pleasant staff, excellent room, a very good breakfast selection . Clean property , a very nice and comfortable stay .

Newer hotel with spacious rooms. Ended up being very quiet after the group who stayed there got done celebrating a wedding. Would stay again. Pet friendly.

Since the negatives far outnumber and outweigh the positives, I can quickly sum up what did work. The hotel and "suites" are clean, the breakfast area is bright, the hotel is well situated and easy to access. BUT.... The "design" of the "suites" borders on the bizzarre. One long and narrow room, the living area is separated from the sleeping area by a curtain. These are not separate rooms, and could not possibly function as such. The word suite is at best a gross misnomer, at worst a deliberate attempt to mislead. Equally odd is the closet, a narrow hole in the wall with yet another curtain rather than a door. With the colors and "decorations" the "suite" has little to entice resting and relaxing, and apparently that is not a high priority for the guests who stay here. I am making this statement as we were awakened several times by people talking in the hallway at one in the morning. But noise in the hallway may be less irksome than noise within the "suite". The bathroom offers little privacy with a sliding door that does not close completely. There is no way to shut off light and sound with such a porous portal. And though the breakfast area is bright and clean with good spacing between tables, the food offerings are limited and largely tasteless. Having to be gluten free makes them more limited and more tasteless. But all of these criticisms would be offset by modest pricing and cleaning service. The hotel offers neither. The rates are comparable with other hotels and there is no housekeeping during a stay of multiple days. Nope. No change of towels, making of bed, emptying of waste baskets. So the cost is particularly high when factoring in the total lack of service. We are from out of state and would like a nice place to stay while visiting family. But it definitely will not be here under the current circumstances.

I liked that it was so clean, it had coffee all night and day, and the staff was so kind and helpful!

On a whole our stay was amazing. We were on the second floor and had people above us who walked/jumped/dropped things until well after midnight. Other than that our stay was great!
