Nice Room

We've stayed here many times and come back because we've like it. However, it's been slipping: 1. For the second time we reserved a suite with separate bedroom and got here and found out that we could only get the studio (no separate bedroom). The second time it was because we got tricked into making reservations through a third party after simply googling "Home2 Suites by Hilton Grand Blanc" and calling the number that popped up. I fault Hilton for letting this happen. 2. The small things are disappearing: no more black tea at breakfast -- just herbal, no more hot chocolate. Often no veggie options 3. Our door lock battery died and it took two days to get them to fix it, so we had to get help from the front desk 3 times to get into our room. The staff are still very friendly though!

Best hotel ever it was very comfortable and I love to stay all the staff was excellent and great and I personally will always come back here every year, no matter what because at the end of the day hospitality is number one and this place has proved itself

Prices were 20% higher than listed on the Hilton web site! When questioned about the higher rate, Zach the manager, blamed the change in rate on Corporate! When neither the kitchen or bathroom sinks worked I called the front desk the first day, no one showed up, I called the next day, again no one showed up. I called the THIRD day, finally someone came down, I need a part it will be fixed on MONDAY, two days later! Walmart was minutes down the road. I had also complained about the towels, not soft more like a scrub brush! Zach the manager called me at 11:30am and told me I had until NOON to "get out of his hotel". This was Saturday afternoon, the day of my 50th HS reunion. I am a senior with many medical issues! I called corporate and the DID NOTHING! AND HAVE DONE NOTHING!

It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent but not amazing, and there are some good options nearby for food, gas, and grocery stores. So I had no complaints. If you have to be in the area for some reason, it's a solid choice.

Clean, well maintained, quiet, great customer service!

The evening/night staff (Theresa was great and very helpful). The morning staff & management were terrible. I was awakened at 4 AM by jumping & dancing? in the room above. When I complained the morning staff/management assured me it would not re-occur because the guests had checked out. This was a lie because the same thing happened the next morning at 4 AM.

Not difficult to find, no overbooking or surprise fees. Mostly clean. Full-sized shampoo & body wash in shower (but no conditioner). Breakfast options underwhelming.
